A24 and AMC Cinemas Launch “A Teenage Dream” Screening Series

This summer, A24 needs audiences to relive their own teenage dreams (or nightmares, depending on the films chosen for their next series).

A24 and AMC Theatres have announced “A24 Presents: A Teenage Dream Series,” which includes 4 beloved A24 films dealing with tweens, teens, and everything in between. The series kicks off on Aug. 7 with Bo Burnham’s directorial debut, “Eighth Grade. “A new film will be screened every Wednesday until August 28.

The event is priced at $8 per movie on AMC. Tickets are on sale starting at 11 a. m. m. ET / 8 a. m. m. PT here. Additionally, anyone who purchases a price ticket will also receive childhood nostalgia merchandise and AAA24 members will be able to watch a movie from the series for free.   AAA24 Membership gives enthusiasts greater access to everything happening with A24 creators and content with special magazines, birthday gifts, access to exclusive social media content, products and merchandise through the app.

A24 and AMC’s previous film series included “Lover’s Series,” which lacked romantic comedies and was based on the indie studio’s famously twisted romance edits like “Pearl,” “A Ghost Story,” “The Lobster” and “The Lighthouse. “
