Life for the online: you wake up from your dream, you rub the dream of your eyes, you breathe a deep sigh, you take your phone, you open Twitter and, “What is theArray … ‘demon sperm’ tends?”
At least, it’s the life of Tuesdays that we spend too much time on Twitter for. America, really, really, has woken up to the “demon sperm” trend.
“Why the hell is demon sperm fashionable?” you might be wondering. More than that, “Why is demon sperm trendy and also called politics?”
Good questions, reader. Let me explain, so you don’t have to work hard. But know that this can be quite guilty because Twitter’s trend segment is hopelessly broken.
Donald Trump Jr.’s Twitter account was temporarily frozen Tuesday after posting a video that spread fake data about the coronavirus. Dr Stella Immanuel, a prominent minister in this video, made questionable claims about COVID-19. He praised hydroxychloroquine, the drug praised by President Donald Trump despite the FDA’s caution against its use, and said masks were not mandatory to prevent the spread of the virus.
Immanuel also made Array assertions.. Say… on all sorts of issues. As the Daily Beast wrote in detail, he claimed that extraterrestrial DNA was used in medical remedies and that reptiles/aliens ran the government. She has also continually preached against biblical characters nicknamed “nephilim”, which necessarily boils down to the concept that many physical disorders are caused by other people who have dreamlike sex with demons and receive demon sperm.
“They start making a woguy, then they sleep with the boy and pick up his sperm,” Emguyuel said in a sermon. “Then they fall in love with a boy and sleep with a boy, deposit the sperm and reproduce more.
So, yes, that’s why demonic sperm are fashionable.
But here’s the thing: this shouldn’t be a trend. In May, I wrote about the fact that the trending topics on Twitter were namely the horrible pandemic. One way or another, it’s only gotten worse.
At this point, trending issues seem irreparable. At a time when there’s more news than ever before, trending topics, which extract words through a set of rules, don’t explain to users what the news really is. Instead, this occasionally lets readers scroll through tweets asking why the topic is trending. Useful!
In a hands-on edition of today’s events, Twitter trends would have provided a quick and transparent explanation of how and why Trump Jr. started temporarily. Instead, we have demon sperm.

Demon semen is a funny phrase, of course. But the genuine story is that other people in force present harmful concepts about a fatal disease. Nearly 150,000 Americans died.
The trend, as it is lately, is impersonal and insufficient. He hardly ever tells you anything. It seamlessly overcomes the words to get rid of them that tell only a small component of a much larger and more vital story. Sometimes it can get to the center of the problem, but other times it’s almost impossible.
It would be great to have an easy-to-discern summary of what’s going on online, the pandemic, the ongoing political crisis and everything this year has in store for us. Twitter is a source of news and, in theory, this can be a smart position to temporarily see what’s vital at the moment.
Instead, we get demon sperm.
