Season 6 of Apex Legends will be performed on August 17 at 10 p.m. PDT or August 18 at 13:00 EDT / 6:00 BST. The wonderful new features of the update will come with the new legend, Rampart, a craft formula and a new weapon with the Volt SMG, in addition to the same wrestling pass as always and a new ranked season, of course. Then there are the changes on the map, as Respawn points them out.
The launch site is a new location west of the Dome, focused on a massive rocket with plenty of rooms for, um, the location also adds a new path across the cliff. The drilling site was removed in favor of Countdown, “an imposing castle with a giant perimeter.” The staging is another new point of interest, which will place as a replacement for the small town towards the center of the map.
The map also receives a new mechanism in the anti-explosion walls that now splash the map. You can activate them to give your team a superior and defensible position.
We also lose the exercise and the Mirage trip. Rest in peace, expensive friends.
