Summer in Paris is the season for open-air cinema! It’s a culture we love and strive to respect to the fullest. For the fourth year in a row, the Air and Space Museum is offering its Ciné Tarmac, an open-air cinema where you can watch a film screened in. . . A plane! Comfortably seated on our sun loungers, in front of a Boeing 747, we watched the most important films of the seventh art, similar to aviation.
For this new edition, the Musée du Bourget invites us to 3 screenings from 5 to 7 July 2024. The Tarmac Cinema starts at 7:30 p. m. , with rocket challenges, a water rocket and rovers workshop, planetarium sessions at the edges of space. , themed guided tours and the opportunity to view the existing exhibition on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
It’s at dusk, between nine o’clock and the evening and 10:30 p. m. , that things get serious. . . We are on the sun loungers on the runway, with our popcorn, to enjoy the movie of the day, projected on a plane no less! After a delight like this, you’re going to find old cinema a bit mundane.
