Three weeks after its release, the highly anticipated film Tenet has been removed from the calendar indefinitely.
Cinemas around the world were pegging the industry’s restart on Christopher Nolan’s mysterious film as the first high-profile blockbuster to draw audiences back into theatres after they were shut earlier this year.
Originally, the film was dated last week and had not moved the early days of the pandemic, despite the delay of big-budget films at Hollywood studios. Last month, Australia’s launch was delayed to July 30 and August 12.
