It is said that she was encouraged through Ben Dunn’s Warrior. Nun Areala and Vampirella, whose image is said to have been provided through co-creator Cathy Christian.
Liefeld has been looking to make an Avengelyne movie for a long time. In July 2013, it was reported that he and former Mandalorian actress Gina Carano were in the process of making an edit of the material for the big screen, though nothing ever came of it. Here’s from that team.
