Dementia screening Thursday in Sauk Rapids

SAUK RAPIDS (WJON News) – A series of film screenings focused on dementia will take place Thursday.

Memories for Life: Reversing Alzheimer’s will be screened at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School. The film covers the first Alzheimer’s patients to fight their cognitive decline through a new therapy.

What to expect:

The film will take place at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School’s SAC (Gate 1 – 901 1st Street South in Sauk Rapids).

The event is free, prior registration is required.

The occasion begins with refreshments at 5:00 p. m. , with the exhibition at 6:00 p. m. , followed by a panel discussion.

The film will also be available on Zoom for those unable to attend in person. If you would like to attend remotely, you will be provided with the link after registering.
