Manchester United are reportedly preparing to launch a summer offensive to protect Juventus defender Gleison Bremer’s facilities.
The Bianconeri signed the Brazilian in the summer of 2022 after a spell with rival Turin, crowned with the Serie A Defender of the Season award before his departure.
The centre-back committed to Inter, but La Vieja usurped their main rivals in the 11th minute.
In his maiden campaign at the Allianz Stadium, Bremer cemented himself as a pillar at the back, although he couldn’t quite reach the heights displayed during his time with the Granata.
However, the 26-year-old has been a real mainstay in defence this season, re-establishing his prestige as a arguably defender in Italian football.
While Juventus have done well to link him to a new long-term contract until 2028, it turns out that the player’s recent exploits have sparked interest on the English coast.
According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio (via JuventusNews24), Man Utd will be looking to offer Juventus an offer for Bremer this summer.
The movement guru revealed the Red Devils’ interest in the Brazilian overseas in his appearance on Sky Sports’ International Transfer Show.
Di Marzio claims that the Premier League giants have been closely monitoring the defender during the last few months.
However, the journalist is unsure if Juventus would accept an offer for his valuable asset.
This season, Bremer has been omnipresent in Max Allegri’s lineup, starting all 21 Serie A games and contributing a pair of goals.
