Disneyland in Hong Kong closes amid new blockage restrictions in region

HONG KONG – Hong Kong Disneyland Park is temporarily final after the city’s resolution to ban public gatherings of more than 4 other people due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Disney officials posted on the station’s online page that Hong Kong Park last Wednesday until further notice. Resort hotels will remain open with tight service levels.

Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam announced new restrictions on coronavirus on Monday and suggested that the personal sector launch house painting agreements for employees.

Hong Kong Park and Shanghai Disneyland closed in January due to the virus.

Shanghai Disneyland reopened in May, as did Hong Kong Park month.
