Disturbing Terrifier 3 Trailer Sees Art the Clown Bloody for Christmas, So Bring Up the Vomiting Bags

The horror genre has been booming for several years and as a result, some of the horror movies are returning to theaters. This includes mainstream titles like Scream, as well as more independent houses like Damien Leone’s Terrifier. Upon its release, Terrifier 2 made headlines for making other people vomit in theaters. The first trailer for Terrifier 3 shows Art The Clown playing with blood for Christmas, and I’ll bring a barf bag to watch it.

What we know about Terrifier 3 is limited, however, the franchise is bringing back its gruesome villain Art with the holiday season. The third Terrifier movie was moved up a few weeks to arrive in October, and this first trailer is a sinister preview of the gore to come. . . adding Art making bloody snow angels.

This is more of a teaser than a full trailer, so the genuine plot themes of the upcoming horror film remain a mystery for now. But the trio will have a Christmas twist, with Art The Clown terrorizing the other people of Miles County on Christmas Eve. And from the brief clips, it looks like it’ll be just as gory and unsettling as its predecessors (which stream with a Peacock subscription).

The Terrifier franchise is synonymous with causing other people to be in poor health due to their excess blood. At the time many disturbing scenes are filmed, however, there is a nauseating murder, where Art The Clown mutilates and scalps a victim, then pours bleach and salt on his wounds. In fact, it makes your stomach hurt, and Damien Leone said Terrifier 3 has some other disturbing murder that might make audiences vomit. Instead of buckets of shredded popcorn, perhaps large movie theaters will offer audiences themed vomit bags. before starting screenings of the next horror movie.

Terrfier 3 is rarely the first horror film to focus on the holiday season, as there’s something especially scary about seeing Christmas turn into a bloody affair. Some similar titles come with Black Christmas, Krampus, and It’s A Wonderful Knife. But all of those titles will likely pale in comparison to the Terrifier trio, which seems to be a very bloody affair.

Art the Clown is a terrifying horror villain due to his brutality, but also the joy he finds in brutally torturing and ultimately killing his victims. I have to assume that the third Terrifier movie will be based around Christmas, probably adding Christmas themes or decorations into his killing spree. Fortunately, we may not have to wait too long to find out.

Terrifier 3 is scheduled to hit theaters on October 11. In the meantime, check out the movie’s 2025 dates.
