Everyone Loves Raymond, the now-classical comedy series that premiered on CBS in 1996, intended to loosely rely on the family circle of its star, Ray Romano.
From mother dominatrix Marie to bitter father Frank and the green brother of envy Robert, Romano relied on his circle of relatives of origin for the cast of the series.
In a 2005 interview, however, one of the show’s stars, Peter Boyle, revealed that Romano’s genuine circle of relatives and the fictional circle of relatives were strangely similar.
Peter Boyle, in a verbal exchange with the American television file, revealed that he had the opportunity to meet Ray Romano’s genuine circle of relatives the first season of the exhibition, who had come to the show’s set to see his son and receive more information about the CBS screen he had just released.

“I spoke to his father, but he didn’t need to be too close to his father because he didn’t need to be similar to . . . Basically, I took my character from Raymond’s eyes. “
Boyle himself seemed inspired by the resemblance to the cast of Everybody Loves Raymond.
“It was amazing that this guy was doing a sit-down comedy about his genuine circle of relatives and they were there. There’s not much exaggeration in all this. “
At the assembly of Romano’s father, the actor said that the jolgorio “confirmed to me that what I do well. “
