The Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) recently opened a sectoral investigation into the markets for production, shipping and heating sources to meet the wishes of vertically connected families and markets.
The public is invited to present all the knowledge related to the festival in the sector.
The CPC noted that it had tested aspects of the energy sector in recent years (e.g. antitrust non-compliance procedures through applicable market participants).
In early 2020, the CPC also conducted a sectoral investigation of free trade costs in the wholesale electricity market.
