If you’re looking for something new to watch in a frenzy, many musicals and videos will hit The Disney Streaming Platform in August. From movies created through Marvel to The Greatest Showman of 21st Century Fox, here’s our preview of Disney’s release schedule in August 2020.
If you like musicals and Zendaya, you’re in luck. The Greatest Showguy tells the story of a man who dreams of a better life for his family. He created a circus, built a platform and a space for “different” people. Thanks to Disney’s partnership with 21st Century Fox, this 2017 edition will be available with Disney subscription service.
The biggest showman joins Disney’s broadcast library on August 14. Until then, enthusiasts can watch musicals and musicals on stage, adding Annie, Newsies, The Sound of Music and, more recently, Hamilton’s Broadway production with the original cast.
After sliding through a mirror, Alice returns to Underland, where she digs up the white queen, the Cheshire cat, the white rabbit, Tweedledee and Tweedledum. If you need to know what you were doing this time (and what made Ant-Man disappear before Avengers: Infinity War), look no further than the sequel to the film Ant-Man, Ant-Man and the Wasp. This Marvel movie joins Disney on August 14.
While it can be difficult to get to Disney World or Disneyland, thanks to the company’s streaming platform, the latest addition to the theme park can be seen from the convenience of subscribers’ homes. It’s thanks to a new movie called Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge: Adventure awaits you.
