Born in Brooklyn, New York, where he lived until he was 17, Bobby earned his bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from UWM in 1989 and has lived in Walker’s Point, Bay View, Enderis Park, South Milwaukee, and the East Side.

He has three nonfiction books in Italy, and adds one about an occasion in the history of Milwaukee, in the United States in the fall of 2010. Four other books, all about Milwaukee, have gone through The History Press.

With his most recent band, The Yell Leaders, Bobthrough has released four LPs and has featured songs in episodes of the television shows “Party of Five” and “Dawson’s Creek,” as well as in films in Japan, South America and the United States. State. Their region’s most sensible unsigned band via VH-1 as part of their 1998 Rock Across America tour. More recently, the band contributed tracks to a British Redskins tribute vinyl/CD and collaborated on a topic with the Italian novelist Enrico Remmert.

He produced three installments of the “OMCD” series of musical compilations for OnMilwaukee. com and in 2007 he produced a CD of Italian music and poetry.

In 2005 he won the Journalism Prize of the City of Asti (Italy) for his paintings in this field. He has won awards from the Milwaukee Press Club.
