While this is not a double list of the “best” videos and views of 2024, IMDB has revealed the lists of the videos and views that users have interacted with the most on their site, based on 250 million visitors. So yeah, that’s a sample.
Some are definitely among the most productive of the year, I would say some are among the worst, and maybe that’s why other people were curious. Others were things that went a little viral. Here are the lists:
It’s not a huge surprise that Deadpool and Wolverine’s box explosion makes the most sense on the list here, because you wouldn’t expect anything else. Things are entering terrible territory with Joker: Folie à Deux at number four for the entire year. , an extraordinarily impressive film, which would possibly have sparked interest.

I’m still baffled by the interest in True Detective: Night Country. Sure, it was a return to a mythical HBO series, but it was also terrible and received intelligent reviews and Emmy nominations. And what was the most popular show of the year on IMDB?How?
The rest makes sense. These are some of the most hyped, most watched, and most watched shows of the year, especially The Penguin, Fallout, and Shogun. At the bottom of the list are dormant Netflix hits The Gentleman and 3 Body Problem. Both have been renewed for a second season.
