At one point, it was as if New Jersey was the Hollywood of today, or Georgia, where all the wonderful movies would be made. However, Thomas Edison and his patents made the film very expensive, so the film studios moved west and settled in California.
Where would they have put a Hollywood-style sign in New Jersey?Where would the Walk of Fame go?

New Jersey even hosted the first drive-in movie theater in 1933. At the time, it charged 25 cents per car and 25 cents per child.
Although New Jersey missed the opportunity to be the home of the ultimate cinema, the Garden State has a chance to shine.
Now that Netflix is moving to the old Fort Monmouth, New Jersey may, after all, become Little Hollywood.
