‘I don’t like to see other people fail’: Nikki Glaser Honestly Explains Why She Thinks Ben Affleck’s Tom Brady’s Roast Set Didn’t Work

During The Roast of Tom Brady (which can be streamed via Netflix subscribers), several notable celebrities gathered at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles to honor the NFL veteran. A wide variety of stars were recruited to photograph Brady, such as Jeff Ross. , Drew Beldsoe and Kevin Hart, who worked hard. Comedian Nikki Glaser was also in attendance, and some of her comedy gems were among the highlights of Brady’s roast. Since then, he’s spoken about his experience participating in this highly promoted occasion and, now, he’s very righteous-minded on a set hosted by another contestant: Ben Affleck.

The Oscar-winning actor was welcomed into the level later that night, and on his set, he made a few jokes at Tom Brady’s expense. However, he also introduced a tirade against those who use social media to criticize celebrities like him and the seven. Afterward, several viewers took to social media to share their reactions, many of which were far from positive. Nikki Glaser wasn’t too pleased with Ben Affleck’s material either. In an interview, he showed that he still hasn’t noticed the film because he doesn’t like “seeing other people bombing. “He then explained what his misconception was:

I know what happened. He didn’t prepare. He’s someone who’s well-known enough to think it’s probably not worthy of him to do that, so I’m just going to do him a favor. Possibly it wouldn’t be so bad. I’ve had the same kind of thing, and then you do it and you’re like, “Oh, that’s a lot bigger than I thought. I had called him on the phone. ” He probably pitched a speech to writers like, “You know what?Maybe I’m acting like I’m crazy about tweets. ” … And he locked himself into the premise that he had to do it all. Everybody’s got jokes, jokes, jokes. So if you’re a bombshell joke, you move on to the next one. That’s what he’s done.

The FBoy Island host didn’t mince words when she brought up the topic in her recent appearance on KFC Radio (which was shared on YouTube). He also had this to say about how the director of Air was installed:

There were so many jokes that went unused that maybe they would have filled a whole set of his jokes, which would have been amazing. But either they didn’t manage to talk to him enough on the phone to come up with a solution, or they didn’t manage to practice enough, or they just picked the premise and then had to stick to it the whole time. And it didn’t work right away, so it probably wouldn’t work later. We gave him the advantages of doubt, because he’s Ben. Affleck.

As mentioned, several people scratched their heads after the Argo star finished saying her article. During the performance, she called out all the enthusiasts who like to “say shit” about her “damn keyboard,” before noting “don’t become a fan, it makes you a bitch. “He also said:

Just try to think of a work experience that’s less rewarding or stressful than running well for someone, you pass out and kill them, you achieve success every day to a certain extent, at that fucking point, and then you have to go online and read that. Dammit. I can’t believe a more fucked up, dysfunctional, terrible art formula designed to make other people feel bad.

Nikki Glaser reflects on Tom Brady’s disappointed reaction to Roast’s joke and why she thinks the experience surprised him so much.

Nikki Glaser has been hanging around since the barbecue aired, speaking out on a wide variety of topics, from Tom Brady’s regrets to the fact that some jokes weren’t used at all. When it comes to his research on Ben Affleck’s material, Glaser turns to draw on his years of experience in comedy. We can only speculate, for the time being, as to whether Affleck might simply respond to her or just give her some general context about her series of jokes.
