Kalki 2898 AD Day 7 International Box Collection: Nag Ashwin’s dystopian sci-fi film, Kalki 2898 AD, has performed well since its release on June 27. The film, starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan in the lead roles, has now crossed the 700 crore mark on the international boxArray earning 725 crore. Vyjayanthi Movies, the makers of Kalki 2898 AD, announced that the film grossed over 700 crore rupees in all languages around the world. Sharing a poster of Deepika’s character walking on fire, they wrote, “The dream race continues. . . Witness the magic of #Kalki2898AD, now in theaters. The sign reads: “700 crore GBOC international”. A press also claims that the film grossed 725 million rupees internationally in its seven days. Salaar: Part 1. The filmmakers expect Kalki 2898 AD to surpass the 1,000 crore mark.
Nag praised Prabhas in a recent article. Sharing a never-before-seen photo of himself on film sets, he shared that the actor gives him “intelligent input” to improve the film.
He also joked with enthusiasts about the big reveal about Prabhas’ character in the film, writing, “That guy sitting there nonchalantly is the explanation for why, without prejudice, the biggest movie star of that era. . . It gave our production the confidence to do what I did. We did it, he gave me the freedom to do what I did. . . And so, everyone’s clever contributions helped make the film what it is. . . the love of all, our Bhairava and now the K____ of the world. .
Kalki 2898 A. D. in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi in 2D and 3D. The film sees Prabhas betting against a bounty hunter named Bhairava from Kashi, Deepika as a pregnant guinea pig named SU-M80, also known as Sumathi, Amitabh as Ashwatthama, and Kamal as Supreme Yaskin, the leader of the complex.
