If you’re like me, when you were in the best school, you took every opportunity to get a gotta for a school assignment instead of writing a boring old essay. I’d bet that those long-time filmmakers are pretty similar. But those aren’t videos for English lessons. These talented filmmakers have the talent, grit, and intelligence they gained from graduating from YouTube University’s exclusive film school (as well as the right institutions they’re recently enrolled in, of course). These virtual natives have come of age in a visually-driven era, resulting in cinematic achievements. That’s why we’re excited to introduce you to our upcoming independent filmmakers of 2024.
