National CineMedia, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCMI), a managing member and owner of 48.0% of National CineMedia, LLC (NCM LLC), the largest film advertising network in the United States, announced today that Juliana F.Hill has been appointed to its Board of Directors. He also appointed her through the Board to be part of the audit committee.
Hill brings to NCM its extensive experience in finance, media and foreign advertising, after a long career in finance at iHeartMedia, Inc. (formerly Clear Channel Communications, Inc.), the number one audio company in the United States. From 2013 to 2019, Hill served as senior vice president of liquidity and asset control at iHeartMedia, and also headed a guidance committee for the separation of iHeart subsidiary Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings. From 2000 to 2010, she served as senior vice president of finance for iHeartMedia, where she created and controlled finance, business progression and treasury in an era of strong growth, adding corporate mergers with AMFM, Inc. and SFX Entertainment. Hill joined the company in 1999 as Vice President of Finance /Strategic Development. Prior to joining iHeartMedia, Hill was a spouse in the executive progression program of US West Communications, Inc. and chief audit officer at Ernst and Young LLP. Hill owns JFH Consulting, which provides monetary and strategic advisory services. She has a B.S. in accounting at Trinity University, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and is a chartered public accountant.
Hill has been appointed to the Board of Directors of National CineMedia, Inc. to fill the void created by the death of Mr. David R. Haas, and is an independent director.
