Authorities said Josey is in “good health” despite his mother’s disappearance and has since reunited with his father Ryan Dorsey, Rivera’s ex-husband. The baby told investigators that her mother was never returned to the boat after being in the water, according to a press release.
“I think at some point we’re going to locate her. I’ll say we’re waiting to locate her. We need to bring peace and shut down the Rivera family. This is a tragic event,” Donoghue said.
