New LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special to debut at Disney in November

In November, Rey, Finn and Poe Dameron will return to their pivotal versions to celebrate The Day of Life in the upcoming LEGO Star Wars holiday special. For those of you who have never noticed the 1978 Star Wars Christmas special, Life Day is a nature birthday party, a circle of family members and a new life on Kashyyyk’s wookiee planet. Yes, some of the wookie characters in the mocked and never reissued TV special will return.

“It’s a birthday party in the saga,” executive manufacturer Josh Rimes said in a recent interview with USA Today. “Many characters will interact with other characters and even other versions of themselves in other ages.”

Rimes added that they were seeking to “wink” to the original Star Wars Holiday Special that first aired on CBS on November 17, 1978. In addition, the executive manufacturer also mocked the reprisal of some Star Wars actors. Other inspirational resources come with airplanes, trains and cars and the Christmas holidays.

The story will take up position after the occasions in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. During their stopover at a mysterious Jedi temple, Rey and BB-8 begin to travel through time and space. During their trip, they will meet Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda and many others. While more than satisfied to communicate with some of the saga’s iconic top characters, they will also have to go back in time for the day of life dinner with their friends in Kashyyyk.

“It’s a saga birthday party,” Rimes added. “Many characters will interact with other characters and even other versions of themselves in other ages.”

The Lego Star Wars Holiday Special will debut at Disney on November 17.
