Robert brings this self-motivated attitude to everything he does. Knowing all the skills required for production, he focuses on adapting approaches to the individual project, making sure to work towards the most productive result.
“My business is based on the principle that there are so many degrees related to content creation and communication in the market, that no one can be placed in a cookie cutting system, instead we want to explore all the wisdom that the user knows. Fix all the disorders a product solves in an express market, and all the other considerations and objections that would prevent someone from buying,” Robert explains.
Robert also focuses on prioritizing his customers and employees. Being aware of the importance of communication helps keep your business on the right track.
“If you have a wonderful product, you’re a moral person and you need to help other people, that’s what’s sold, and you need to attract other people who respect that. The motivation was to help others speak better and realize the power, price and benefits they bring through their product,” Robert says.
It is this mentality that Robert needs to convey to others in the hope of starting his own business. By serving others and staying true to yourself, Robert knows he can’t be wrong.
“My recommendation for those looking to start their own business is simply this: keep ethics and keep your integrity in place. What does that mean? This means that whatever you do, you make sure it’s something that’s really helping A company shouldn’t inflict pain on others, it has to be an interchangeable form of one scenario for others,” Robert says.
While other marketing specialists would possibly see this mindset as his differentiator in the market, Robert doesn’t even think about the competition. He knows that other people in the box have no influence on their products, or on the company he has worked so hard for.
“Instead of spending time or wasting resources at the festival, I can reinvest that time in my own non-public progression, in the additional progression of my products, improving the service I provide to my consumers and improving my equipment. I see the festival as a distraction and an invitation to self-inflicted pain and unwarranted comparisons that can absolutely degrade my control in business.
