Return to Sorna Island in Jurassic World: Dominion?

Jurassic World: Dominion resumed filming more than a month ago and now director Colin Trevorrow is giving enthusiasts a new joke that will let enthusiasts know what to expect. A photo the filmmaker shared with Jurassic Outpost presents a laboratory and a bloodless room classified as “InGen” and “Site B Isla Sorna”.

Of course, the embryos instover from Isla Sorna’s room, but what interests us most is the old phone hanging on the wall. This suggests that this may be just a flashback in the next film.

The site reads: “With the recent verification of Lewis Dodgson’s return, this position is most likely within a Biosyn lab. Although this symbol alone does not verify that we will actually see the recovery of Sorna’s box, we can believe that the island will play a role in the plot of the next film.”

The last time we saw Sorna Island when Dr. Grant and company crashed in Jurassic Park III Island.

Similarly, Sam Neill and Laura Dern mocked their return to the franchise as Dr. Alan Grant and Dr. Ellie Sattler. As you can see above, Neill posted a photo of Grant’s iconic hat in the franchise.

Then see also Dern’s post showing the chairs for her and Neill with the names of their characters.

The next film will see the return of Jurassic Park stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum reprising their roles as Dr. Alan Grant, Dr. Ellie Sattler and Dr. Ian Malcolm.

BD Wong will return as Dr. Henry Wu, while Campbell Scott will play Dr. Lewis Dodgson, who was portrayed in the past through Cameron Thor in the original Jurassic Park.

The newcomers to the cast come with DeWanda Wise and Mamoudou Athie.

Colin Trevorrow again directs the third bankruptcy of Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s Jurassic World saga. Steven Spielberg and Trevorrow return to executive production. Producers Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley join Spielberg and Trevorrow for this episode.
