Kennecott’s Utah operation has been shown to meet more than 30 criteria of environmental, social and government practices.
Copper Mark is the copper industry’s first and culprit production program. Originally evolved through the International Copper Association with input from a wide variety of stakeholders, adding clients, NGOs and producers, Copper Mark is now an independent entity with a multi-party board.
