But such is the result of a newly released Rotten Tomatoes poll, which ranks the shows that fans loved the most in 2023 — and also identifies which one can claim the distinction of being the top fan-favorite series of the year.
According to Netflix’s official description, Shadow and Bone is set “in a war-torn world where humble soldier and orphan Alina Starkov has just unleashed an ordinary force that may be the key to liberating her country. With the monstrous danger of the Shadow Fold, Alina looms and finds herself cut off from everything she knows to exercise in an elite army of magical foot soldiers known as Grisha.
