Hertfordshire is famous for being a county with beautiful towns and villages.
Many celebrities love living here because of their proximity to London while enjoying great country scenes.
But everyone is convinced.
One of our cities, Stevenage, in Hertfordshire, has scathing online reviews from locals and tourists.
On pages like Tripadvisor and iLiveHere, critics claim to know what life is like and aren’t afraid to tell how they feel.
Some of his criticisms are brutal to Stevenage as his attractions.
We believe this is a wonderful domain that will radically replace in the coming years with the huge billion pound remodeling plan.
Here are the negative reviews below and let us know if you agree with what those other people have said.
It should be noted that there are also favorable reviews of the city and its facilities, however, we seek to emphasize what other people did not like and offer a counterargument.
Tripadvisor user SLloyd005 wrote an article about Hollywood Bowl on Kings Way in 2016.
They were not happy with the state of the toilets at the time.
They said: “I have visited this position twice in the two weeks. Men’s restrooms are nuclear.
“I’m coming home and I have to go straight to the back. I feel bad.”
‘I reported it last week and came back a week later and nothing had changed, I told them they were waiting’ for a new special cleaning product ‘to what I replied’ I never heard of a delivery the next day?! ‘.
“This is a critical hygiene case and it is simply acceptable. Solve it!!”
This may have been an exclusive delight for this bowler, and other critics of this specific branch are talking about who is making an extra effort. It also has an average of 4.5 stars on the site.

A reviewer for iLiveHere, who claims to have lived in the city for 30 years, explained that Stevenage is not a position to make eye contact with other people.
They said: “Stevenage is a city where you keep your head down because when you walk, eye contact is not encouraged.
‘I don’t forget to move to a country town and it was great that the kids greeted you with jokes instead of foul language/threats when you didn’t give them cash or a cigarette, etc., as you would in Stevenage. “
“Stevenage is like anything that comes out of a Smiths song. It’s a grey, depressing, negative position that the local government abandoned decades ago.
“The people and their occupants are sticking their claws in you and it’s hard to get out.
“The position and other people put under your skin and you just need to leave the prozac every day to live there.”
Making holes in local government is a bit difficult as there are plans for Stevenage in the coming years.
Massive plans to rebuild a billion pounds will absolutely affect the region and many others have moved from London to the region in 2019, so there will have to be more than one smart explanation for why living here.
Fairlands Valley Park is a beautiful Stevenage domain that is the best thing to enjoy all year round.
One user, and is the user who has done it, called “Gary T” left a “terrible” note of charm on Tripadvisor.
They said, “There’s nothing empty with water, you’ll never see a boat in the lakes and the trails are full of geese, dogs.”
“It’s a ruinous one in the middle of Stevenage, careless, full of garbage, to avoid.”

In iLiveHere has left a very long review of the city detailing many of the disorders they have.
They said: “If you have the misfortune of having to drive to Stevenage, local runners are a sight to behold, especially when they are arrested by thirty police officers (without lying) for having neither a license nor insurance.
“Cycling is another factor because each and every Stevenage bike rack is a collection point: you have a 50% chance that your motorcycle will be there when you return.
They added: “I’ve been in difficult situations in my life: Ardrossan and Glasgow in Scotland are the hardest, but I was walking the streets of Ardrossan, the highest unemployment rate in the west of Scotland than Stevenage.”
This month, Stevenage City Council applied to the High Court for a court order to ban such occasions and listened to citizens and businesses about how they felt.
A TripAdvisor review called Busy Bee wrote in February of this year about how badly they had the Cineworld party on Kings Way.
His film was due to start at 12:10 p.m., but the ads started at 12:37 p.m., and just as the film was about to begin, the screen turned black.
They said: “We all sat down to look on an empty screen for five smart minutes before another viewer went to find out what was going on. He came back and said the staff had told him there was a problem. Consult to resolve it. .
“A few minutes later, a staff member came here to say that there were technical issues that were being resolved and would be reactivated in five minutes. At the time, someone asked if you could turn on the heating because it was probably cold.
“He left and we had to wait 10 minutes sitting in the incrustive as he did not turn on the heat.
“The film started at 1pm! The deficient couple next to us will have missed the ending because they had to pick their son up from school.
“This is the worst film party I’ve ever had. I probably wouldn’t go back to Stevenage for any more delays and a bloodless room that didn’t help the party.”
In defense of Cineworld, technical disorders can be sustained and it is not the fault of the staff.
Burger King on London Road has no wonderful reviews on Tripadvisor.
In fact, out of 136 of his general reviews, one hundred were rated as “terrible.”
One critic, CMILLER81TRIP, said last year in December how dissatisfied they were with the speed of his order.
They said, “I think it was meant to be fast food! There were only a handful of other internal people and they got it wrong in orders, i.e. chips, etc.
“There will have to be five or six other people preparing the food and one served it.
“Absolute joke of a place, how open it is yet, I will never know. I’m not coming back.”
Honestly, it’s the employee’s fault that he had fewer workers that day.
Stevenage’s covered market has not inspired a Tripadvisor review called Greg in 2019.
He firmly believes that this is nothing to the fashion customer who might want a little more.
He said: “I wasn’t in love with the screen or the decoration of the market.
“Like the rest of downtown Stevenage, it’s far from glamorous and the stalls are impressive.
“It’s a smart concept and I appreciate Market’s history, but for any fashion buyer, it probably isn’t for you.”
The market has been operating for forty-five years and, for now, you can take a virtual internal tour in 3D before visiting the new stalls that open.
The coronavirus pandemic has replaced retailers and locals as we know them and there is no more time for the self-employed.
Finally, a user submitted a very, very detailed review of their mind and reviews on iLiveHere.
Part of their review, they said: “The city center is almost ready for the acceptance of the chavs.
“It hasn’t been well renovated since it opened in the 1960s (the city council has made pathetic attempts to reopen the area, but it still looks as terrible as ever), so filthy gray stone buildings surround you wherever you go.”
With some more positive notes, they continued: “As a resident of Stevenage for nine years (believe me, if I wasn’t a poor student, it would have been a long time), I saw the city go through many stages, transforming from a respectable city to a sewer down, a shadow of his former self and almost again.

“While the city is not absolutely out of danger and I doubt that it will ever regain its previously proper reputation, positive adjustments have been made.
“New restaurants are replacing clubs that were previously in disrepair, stricter security measures are being taken on Friday and Saturday nights to make citizens feel safer, clubs are renewing to attract another type of market, which can replace their less than desirable reputation.
“As far as other people are concerned, well, yes, in my experience, I’ve met other people with more unrest than a failed communist country. However, the “rude” symbol of the inhabitants of the city of Stevenage is not justified.
“Despite all the other people I’ve met and wish I hadn’t, there are the other people I’m glad I’ve met in my life and just because they’re Stevenage’s doesn’t mean I see them.
“However, I still intend to leave when I’m qualified and have enough to escape.”
We’re friends for life, but there’s a lot in the store for the city.
It is also the uk’s first and oldest ‘new city’, so it has a different look and less history than others scattered throughout Herts.
Stevenage has hosted one of the greatest F1 drivers of all time, Lewis Hamilton, as well as England and manchester United’s former Ashley Young, so it can’t be that bad.
And speaking of cars, the town center opened its doors in 1959 with a totally traffic-free design, ideal for space, environment and pedestrians.
Then we have the beautiful downtown gardens that offer peace and quiet away from the department stores and businesses in the city center.
