Prasanth Varma’s HanuMan, starring Teja Sajja, Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Vinay Rai, was released in theaters in January to great acclaim. However, enthusiasts were baffled by delays in the film’s virtual release. The director reached out to X to explain and give the enthusiasts an update. HanuMan was intended to air on Maha Shivaratri (March 8), but enthusiasts were disappointed by the delay in the OTT release. Now, it has been announced that the Hindi edition of the film will be released on JioCinema from March 16, but it is unclear exactly when the Telugu edition of the film will be released on Zee5. Many expected HanuMan to air this weekend, but that also stuck.
Prasanth clarified that the delay in the release was unintentional, writing in X: “The delay in HanuMan’s OTT broadcast was unintentional!We’ve been working tirelessly 24 hours a day to figure things out and get the film to them. “As soon as possible! Our goal is to offer you the best! Try to perceive it and continue to help us!Thank you!” Zee5’s official head X also tweeted: “The long wait is coming to an end!HanuMan is coming soon to ZEE5 in Telugu with English subtitles!Stay tuned for more updates.

He shared photos of the assembly and his version of the superhero movie, which is the first in Prasanth Varma’s cinematic universe. HanuMan opened in theaters in January, going head-to-head with Guntur Kaaram, Saindhav, and Naa Saami Ranga, while standing their ground. The film tells the story of a young man named Hanuguythu (Teja) who gains superpowers after encountering a totem. polo in his village. How he defends his people against a capitalist villain (Vina) with the help of his sister (Varalaxmi) and her lover (Amritha) makes up the story.
