David F. Sandberg shared The Trailer for Shazam! 2, one you haven’t done yet.
Saturday, Annabelle: The artistic director tweeted a false preview of the sequel to the comedian’s ebook film, with dramatic music and movie reviews. Critics, however, do not come from the same old media as movie commercials.

“We didn’t shoot Shazam again! 2, but there’s already a complaint in Letterboxd,” he said. “I’m pretty sure that means we can start making quotes for marketing.
Sandberg has compiled a number of initial reviews for Shazam! 2 Form Letterboxd, a social platform where viewers can rate, rank and percentages of their favorite movies. Exposed in front of photographs of the main character and shots, the reviews are concentrated in the film, Sandberg himself and some of the Shazam! Star.
“I agree with that,” says a critic of Letterboxed’s critic Roberto the Person. “Jack Dylan Grazer I’m on Thursday night to paint and dance in your room with Fleetwood Mac,” says Letterboxd user Nev.
While the trailer for the sequel is legitimate, Shazam! 2 itself is seriously in preparation. In 2019, Deadline reported that Sandberg and Henry Gayden would direct and write the sequel again, respectively. Shazam! 2 is scheduled for release on April 1, 2022.
