The flash remained each and every possibility of being a wonderful comedian electronic book film. After the divided technique of Zack Snyder Al Scarlet Speedster, the filmmaker Andy Muschietti seemed in a position for the hero to return to the track and join with the iconic Batman of Michael Keaton.
Unfortunately, the film worked. Whether it is Ezra Miller’s non -public disorders, which eclipses the character, his crazy performance or a large amount of Malos, the flash could not hit an audience. Even after a decent criticism, he failed with $ 271 million worldwide.
While the Flash was overshadowed through the CW’s The Flash, there was a huge opportunity for the TV screen to have done more than Warner Bros. ‘Big screen effort.
Having played opposite Radiance and a multitude of other characters during his passage through the series in the series, Tom Cavanagh knows his stuff regarding the fastest guy alive (not that he’s also done several episodes).
Talking at Fan Expo Portland (via Screen Rant), he shared his honest review of The Flash movie…
“I saw it!A) I saw it, b) I liked it! The first part of this movie, in my opinion, and as someone who protects Grant Gustin as the Flash, I have an idea that they were such winners. . . They played It’s like they’ve lowered the IQ point and the idea that it’s not good. They did it on purpose, though, and I think it will make the flash more guilt-free and different. “
“Because you don’t need to repeat what a boy did for a decade on television. When Keaton is shown, Spoiler Alert!- You are like” Saint C-P! “It’s a lot of fun if you see the Flash DVD cover, what is the matter? Looks in its story of Genesis, it’s a little more about ours and I feel incredibly well done. “
“I remember talking to Geoff Johns about this, he’s DC, and Marvel’s kicking ass, I’m like ‘What do you think about their success?’ and he’s like, ‘What’s good for comic books is good for all of us.’ And I sort of feel that way.”
There was some unhappiness that The Flash didn’t acknowledge the TV show, particularly as it was a Multiversal story. Still, it’s refreshing to hear this level of positivity from Cavanagh; Arrow star Stephen Amell, for example, has never shied away from sharing his displeasure with how Warner Bros. treated the Arrowverse.
