The Monroe insurance manufacturer receives the order and gets the Louisiana Insurance Commissioner

Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon issued a deseson arrest warrant to a Monroe insurance producer.

Jerry Dool is accused of adding false data on insurance claims, changing or falsting names on checks and electronic removal forms, and receiving commissions for fraudulent claims.

Dool’s manufacturer’s license was revoked and a $4,500 fine was imposed for those violations.

“Whenever a manufacturer complies with the Code of Conduct established through Title 22, it’s a very serious problem,” said Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon.”I urge all consumers who are uncomfortable with an insurance transaction to call LDI’s Fraud and Execution Division.All callers may request that their participation be confidential.»

Dool has 30 days from the time of service to request an administrative procedure or the previous movements will be final.
