The packaging of the Xbox Series S controller suggests that a less expensive next-generation console is on its way.

All eyes might be one the launch of Microsoft’s next-gen Xbox Series X console during the holiday season this year. However, the company seems poised to release a more affordable Xbox Series S in the meantime.

According to photos of the controller packaging posted through Twitter user Zak and shown through The Verge, Microsoft will release a cheaper edition of the Xbox X Series and will be called the Xbox Series S.La corporate has not yet announced the main points on it. Array

The controller mention in photos was sold on an ecommerce site, and the packaging mentioned that it was compatible with both Xbox Series X and Series S.
