All eyes might be one the launch of Microsoft’s next-gen Xbox Series X console during the holiday season this year. However, the company seems poised to release a more affordable Xbox Series S in the meantime.
According to photos of the controller packaging posted through Twitter user Zak and shown through The Verge, Microsoft will release a cheaper edition of the Xbox X Series and will be called the Xbox Series S.La corporate has not yet announced the main points on it. Array

The controller mention in photos was sold on an ecommerce site, and the packaging mentioned that it was compatible with both Xbox Series X and Series S.

It’s also the first time you’ve looked at a new generation white Xbox controller. All previous photos and official versions showed the controller in black. The new controller has a more rounded design for greater grip and a redesigned D-pad and share button.
Reports have reported that the less expensive console, called “Lockheart,” will have the same processor as the Xbox Series X.
In June, Eurogamer announced that Microsoft would launch the S Series in August, so we can expect an announcement from the company later this month.
