With great sadness we announce that Time Out founder Tony Elliott died on July 17 after a long illness. Tony, a visionary editor, a tireless advocate of urban culture and an unwavering friend. We will miss you wonderfully through your family, friends and colleagues. His life and paintings have animated millions of people who have not had the opportunity to meet him personally.
In London, Time Out’s first post-lockdown print magazine, on 11th August, will be a special issue dedicated to him.
