We have a crime drama movie worth watching. “The Town” is set in Charlestown, a Boston community known for its highest rate of bank robberies. Doug MacRay (Ben Affleck) is a professional bank robber who leads a team that includes his volatile and most productive friend, James “Jem” Coughlin (Jeremy Renner). During a robbery, they take a bank manager named Claire Keesey (Rebecca Hall) hostage, but then release her unharmed.
Doug begins tracking Claire to make sure she doesn’t know enough to identify them. As he meets her, he begins to fall in love with her, leading to a confusing and lie-based relationship. Affleck’s direction, along with solid performances, especially from Renner, who earned an Oscar nomination for his role, makes “The Town” a standout film in the crime drama genre.

“Fury” is a war drama film (one of my private favorites) set in the last months of World War II in April 1945. The story follows a team of battle-hardened tanks led by U. S. Army General Staff Sergeant Sgt. S. TU. S. Don “Wardaddy” Collier. He played through Brad Pitt’s team, which includes Boyd “Bible” Swan (Shia LaBeouf), Trini “Gordo” Garcia (Michael Peña), Grady “Coon-Ass” Travis (Jon Bernthal) and a new recruit, Norman Ellison (Logan). . Lerman), operated a Sherman tank called the Fury.
The film does a wonderful job of depicting the brutal realities of war while the team is tasked with a fatal project over enemy lines. Norman, first and foremost green and reluctant to kill, undergoes a transformation under Wardaddy’s mentorship, learning the harsh requirements of combat. .
