Referring to Dorfman, the worker can be heard saying, “While she’s talking—while he’s talking” before being cut off.

“It wasn’t intentional, but if you have to take it personally, that’s fine,” the employee says.
Dorfman then claims one of the worker’s colleagues had intentionally misgendered her twice.
“You are condescending and if you need to continue, I will ask the Port Authority to escort you out of construction immediately if you need to play this game with me. Would you like to continue 3 days before Christmas? “I’m not worried,” the employee adds.
Dorfman revealed that the employee called Tristan and said he was okay with the posting of the photographs on social media in the wake of the incident at New York’s LaGuardia Airport.

In her TikTok caption, Dorfman wrote that she didn’t “realize how condescending it is to report a human rights violation after another worker has abused me. “

In a statement to Fox News Digital, a Delta Air Lines spokesperson said, “We are aware of the video and are investigating the matter, and we are reaching out to our visitor to better understand what happened. “
