“It wasn’t intentional, but if you have to take it personally, that’s fine,” the employee says.

Dorfman then claims one of the worker’s colleagues had intentionally misgendered her twice.

“You are condescending and if you need to continue, I will ask the Port Authority to escort you out of construction immediately if you need to play this game with me. Would you like to continue 3 days before Christmas? “I’m not worried,” the employee adds.

Dorfman revealed that the employee called Tristan and said he was okay with the posting of the photographs on social media in the wake of the incident at New York’s LaGuardia Airport.
