I’ve never heard of this anime and manga series before, I’ll keep it in mind to probably check it out at some point, and if I enjoy it, maybe I’ll get those games too!
I’ve had the anime in the anime stack that I’ve been making plans to watch for a while, however, it’s a big stack so I don’t know when I’ll be done watching it. I probably wouldn’t be considering buying them until then, but I’ve thrown out the wish list for them for now in case I get there.
I don’t expect much from it in terms of story (the fun of the anime)
And it’s only virtual and PC in the West, so I’m not in a hurry to get it, and Tsukihime is also just around the corner, so I’m looking forward to that.
Difficult time. I enjoyed the first part of the anime, but the ending was genuine and didn’t make any sense.
This anime was so appealing that it spawned its own romance anime subgenre and there are an infinite amount of products from its characters, however, the original only wrote enough manga for two seasons and part of a movie, and then it ended.
It’s a decent watch, a brief guessing game. I don’t know much about the games, but I’m pleased that they’re still available in a Western version. I don’t pay $60 for them though.
This will have to be fake!An anime game on Switch? This is unprecedented!
Why can’t we make this physical version?
I didn’t have any interest even though I liked the series until I saw the developer. Now, I’m going to see them at some point.
They are MAGES, so there will be illustrations and photographs with good humor. It’s not my personal cup of tea because I haven’t watched the anime or read the manga.
@NinjaNicky A licensed anime game on Switch is pretty rare, assuming it’s not from Shounen Jump.
Since many older licensed seasonal games are making the leap, I’m actually wondering when Ryuo no Oshigoto will make the leap west, as the Switch edition also includes more cutscenes than in the soft novel or anime.
Cool, cool, great.
But the real question now; Can I be Team Miku?Everyone knows that Miku is the girl. (Closely followed by Nino and Yotsuba)
As a technical girl, I think it would be great to have four sisters. We’d be like the Sailor Senshi, but like a family.
I’m guessing this is a harem anime (which is for me), so I’ll skip it.
Well, I can have sex with the girl, Miku!
It’s an anime that I tend to get to eventually, so I’ll probably wait before contemplating the visual novel.
I enjoyed the anime. Who knows if I’ll understand or not. But you’ve yet to watch the second season.
I enjoyed the anime. Visual novels are wonderful for handheld gaming. Digital is disappointing. After a drop in value, I’ll pick it up on Steam and play it on my oled Deck.
@Samalik, there’s a filtering formula on Switch to hide weird games because I think I’ve missed out on a lot of clever hidden gems because the more questionable ones put me off. Open the e-shop and see what’s new and I’ll bet. There are a dozen hentai games out there.
yes, one man, five women. . . Mmmm????
And no, you can’t hide them. The real challenge is that Nintendo’s approval formula has no standards. Not even a cultured administrator on the subject of sexuality who comes to clarify the genuine efforts of eroge and doujinshi of AI-generated puzzle games.
I will echo an earlier sentiment. Good anime, good crap. Plus, it’s better suited to the passionate gaming population that I’m looking to stay away from. They lose their novelty after a few hours.
I never imagined this would happen in Occidente. La most of them don’t make it to the West, but they have a huge following and I guess the sales and anime products have gone there, why not?
I mean, I’m still interested in if it’s physical hmm. Ah, reasonable with the virtual, sigh, well, thanks for waiting then on a virtual purchase. I don’t mind and doubt an Asian release in English.
Or they take a long time to cough up the Date A Live Rio Reincarnation trilogy which, surprise, isn’t on Switch yet, not just because of PS4’s censorship of 2 scenes, just surprise, it didn’t port to Switch at all.
It’s never the harem anime, but I still buy the manga and own seasons 1, 2, and the movie (I haven’t noticed the specials yet) of the anime.
Even though I was spoiled, I didn’t care, so I saw the movie and went for it. . . because the first one (not Itsuki because it bored him, but so and so because at first glance and I guess I heard it). Yes. . . . . ) The finish is really safe and pretty bad, but the rest was fine.
Also a hairy one in S2.
I’m going to play this game out of curiosity. I mean even the Oreimo/Haruhi/Toradora games for PSP are satisfactory in terms of mechanics and story I guess.
I haven’t bothered to look for Japanese games IF they can even publish them. But it may simply be a successor to Love Plus. Now I’m even more interested in him than just arguing with characters or other tricks. I’ve searched for a Love Plus or an exam formula or other possible options in some form for years to go back or some kind of feedback/try again. Work for the effort I’m in.
The Miku even if she would take all the roads anyway.
@IceClimbersMain Have you spawned your own subgenre?Or anything else. I haven’t come across a subgenre that does.
I mean, harems aren’t new and even so, I watched some series like Takagi-san (another one from the same mangaka, Ayumu Makes His Move) that start with Nagatoro, Kubo and Doujima-kun wa Doujinai or a few others.
But subgenre, which series are part of this subgenre?I know quintuplets are popular and more docile than most harems, but still. Still, doujins are also very good, with some engaging storylines (not to mention fan service doujins either).
Then again, as popular as it is, my licensors said it was a 2019 slumber hit on the S1 Blu-ray, so what do they know?XD
@JohnnyMind That’s pretty good. It’s heavily hyped, but I still enjoyed it. It’s a tame harem, so don’t expect a lot of annoying fanservice (there are brief moments) and a lot of derailments, it gets to the point pretty well. So I think it’s regularly a series of bets to be discovered.
If you don’t care about the parts of the exam (like, for example, We Never Learn, I think it can be comparable in terms of exam orientation), then you’ll be fine.
There are some fun moments with the characters and the exploration of them/the conditions they go through while living in the best school and those are serious times.
Visual novels can get a little quirky, even if they’re a bit deeper, while the main series have safe scenes, even if they’re new series only in visual novels.
The menus and stats look like they’re straight out of Love Plus for DS, a dead Konami series. So, to me, that can be a smart thing to do. This suits the theme of reading the Quintuplets of the series, but it also happens to have us painting things, I totally agree after seeing the screenshots. Most are just discussions about possible options or the possible options of the map and DAL. It’s wonderful to see that the discussion format seemed fair or that you had other mechanics like Toradora’s cleanup or Oreimo’s verbal exchange formula, so who knows.
I haven’t bothered to look for Japanese games IF they can even publish them. I have no idea what content it contains.
@Ryu_Niiyama It’s a more docile harem, so I think it’s a better entrance. You have little moments of fan service, but it’s very tame compared to most harems and it’s very sensitive to its story and laugh-out-loud moments with the characters. high school, what conditions they encounter, life issues (no spoilers) and the relationships that the characters have.
Visual novels, though, yes, I agree with that, are a lot more in-depth and it’s not because of the eroges, it’s just that some dating sims have weird scenes (that’s not counting the later dating arcs, I’m just referring to the main story scenes, at least the few I’ve found that still have teen rating compatibility), So I don’t disagree with other people ignoring them not only for reading, but also for reading manga. or watch anime instead.
Although the VN is Love Plus with stats and options, so it makes players work for it, then just a discussion or some other cheat mechanic, uh, there could be anything still, themes/content, no idea. I haven’t bothered to look for games japoneses. SI can even publish them.
@Sadist Team Miku in fact.
@SuntannedDuck2 is fine. I’m just not interested in harem stories. Tamed or not. Like I said, it’s tricky for me, so I’m going to skip this game.
@SuntannedDuck2 Thanks, also knowing that I’ll probably enjoy anime/manga and games to the fullest, so I’ll check them out!
