What’s new in Sky Cinema for the month of April

This month’s films are streaming on Sky Cinema Oppenheimer, 10 Lives, Strays and more.

Sky Cinema has been offering moviegoers sneak peeks for some time now, and now you can take advantage of the Paramount bonus with your Sky Cinema subscription and two free Vue cinema tickets per month.

There are so many to choose from that a potential new favorite might fly under the radar, so we’ve compiled next month’s new releases in one convenient location so you can plan your movie viewing.

This list is subject to change as release dates may change, but we will update the list when we become aware of any changes.

April 6 – Rumble in the Dark

April 7: Megamind vs. Doom Syndicate

Megamind will have to reunite his friends when his old villain team, the Doom Syndicate, returns. Starring Keith Ferguson and Adam Lambert.

April 12 – Oppenheimer

The true story of how J. Robert Oppenheimer and a team of scientists built the atomic bomb, turning the tide of the hitale. With Cillian Murphy and Robert Downey Jr.

Thirteenth of April – Maternity

Two would-be gangsters find themselves in business with an infamous gang after a bank robbery goes awry. Starring Adam Deacon and Jazzie Zonzolo.

April 14 – Spoiler alert

Based on the harrowing true story of a TV whose spouse is diagnosed with terminal cancer. Starring Jim Parsons and Ben Aldridge.

April 19 – BlackBerry

Following the meteoric and catastrophic fall of the world’s first smartphone. Starring Jay Baruchel and Glenn Howerton.

April 20 – Relax, I’m from the future.

A time traveler trapped in the afterlife befriends a wanderer who helps him tap into his wisdom of the future. Starring Rhys Darby and Gabrielle Graham.

April 21 – Miranda’s Victim

After being kidnapped and raped, Patricia Weir unleashes a law that transforms the American legal system. Starring Abigail Breslin and Emily VanCamp.

April 26 – Vagabonds

Abandoned by his owner, Reggie joins a gang of stray animals seeking revenge. Stars Will Ferrell and Will Forte.

April 27 – The Lesson

A young aspirant accepts a position as a tutor on the estate of his idol’s family, but realizes that nothing is as it seems. Starring Richard E Grant and Daryl McCormack.

April 28 – The Sansonnet Girl

When an enigmatic youth pastor arrives, 17-year-old Jem is drawn into a dangerous relationship. Starring Eliza Scanlen and Lewis Pullman.
