Independent production in studio. This example covers the design of the production and the first show.
The independent production corporate is the CDM visitor to this production. It also plans, manages, monitors, and coordinates the production of structure activities and therefore maintains the roles of Principal Designer (PD) and CDM Principal Contractor (PC).
The production company plays those MDP responsibilities with those painted there within its production team. In this scenario, the team consists of:
The prestructure (pre-production) data required for the design and structure procedure include the length of the study and the permitted ground loads, as well as the maximum permissible length of the prefabricated elements to allow their loading into the study. Network strength and load capacity specifications are also required.
The production company branch develops a conceptual scheme.
The production manager appoints a generally structured company, which receives the general concept.
The art branch coordinates the progression of scenery with the scenery company and design team members.
The scenario construction company (acting as CDM designer) produces a definitive design and manufactures the level elements in its external workshop.
The scenario construction company adopts any of the paints in the studio and only provides the level elements for the load.
Once the final technical design of the design has been carried out, the scenario construction company provides the production manager with data on how to safely care for and join level elements.
The production manager then plans the “construction and assembly”. He contacts the studio director to agree on the main points of what the study will provide to the production and how the “construction and assembly” will take place.
The studio (acting as MDP’s production contractor) provides a response manager and a domestic electrician.
Production hires a game installation contractor, who provides the manpower to adopt the drilling structure and installation.
The Turnaround Manager oversees the installation of the complex with the assistance of the one provided through the guilty contractor of the installation of the sets. The recovery manager assists the production manager in coordinating and controlling the construction, platform (and disassembly).
A contractor (acting as an MDP contractor) is designated through the production company to supply and connect electrically produced appliances to domestic energy.
Another contractor is designated for the supply of audiovisual equipment.
The production manager accepts the regulations and the main points of ”structure and rigging’ and ‘disarmed’ with the studio manager and produces a structure phase plan to cover the production ‘Build and Rig’ and ‘De-rig’ at the end of the show.
An example of a structure phase plan for this situation is available.
